Retirement Benefits
- A Defined Contribution Plan is provided for employees who meet specific eligibility criteria. This Plan provides a basic contribution for all participants as well as a matching contribution for those participants who have elected to contribute towards their retirement via our Employee Retirement Savings Plan.
- All employees may contribute a portion of their pay to a 403(b) program through pretax payroll deduction. On-site financial counselors are available to assist employees with their investments into this plan.
